Zimmer in Bournemouth

Hi STUDENTS ONLY I'm afraid due to Council Tax liability I'm posting to see if anyone wants to take over a tenancy asap. It's a room in a lovely, spacious 4 bedroom flat with rent of £500 per month and bills currently £67 per month (expected to go down in the New Year as its on a pay per use basis and is being carefully managed).
