2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Rochester

I am renting the upstairs of the house, which is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for $1400 including all utilities, Feb 1st move in (I can break all the costs down for you if you want, but rent and utilities costs roughly 2800 a month total).
