Hi all, I'm advertising my furnished spare room for a lodger starting January. It's a double room but looking for single occupancy, ideally another woman of a similar age. £600 per calendar month bills inclusive, ideally looking for long term 6+ months but this can be discussed. I will have pictures soon but rn the room doesn't have a bed in Ulverston based new build, parking space on the drive, pleasant house mate if I say so Council tax band B, utilities and broadband included.
