1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Liverpool

Hi everyone. I am looking for someone to take over my contract of this lovely studio flat on Princes road L8. There are 7 months left of the contract. All bills are included in the price, except for the council tax (cheapest one BAND A and you get discount if you are single 25%), which all students are exempt for.
